Terms of Service

By accessing and using Tentia's Telegram bot and related services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cryptocurrency analysis bot and related services provided by Tentia ("we," "us," or "our").

Tentia provides a Telegram bot that offers cryptocurrency analysis services, including but not limited to:

• Real-time meme coin contract analysis
• Liquidity and volume metrics
• Risk assessment reports
• Market trend insights
• Premium bot access

Our service is provided on a subscription basis for 0.2 SOL per month. Access to premium features requires an active subscription.

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when subscribing
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our bot
• Not share your subscription access with others
• Not use the service to engage in market manipulation
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Tentia
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Subscription fee: 0.2 SOL per month
• Payment is processed through Solana blockchain via our Telegram bot
• Subscriptions DO NOT auto-renew - you must manually resubscribe each month
• Your subscription expires exactly 30 days after payment
• You will receive reminders before your subscription expires
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Access is immediately granted upon successful payment

Our subscription model gives you complete control:

• No automatic renewals or recurring charges
• You decide each month whether to continue
• No cancellation required - simply don't resubscribe
• Full access for the entire 30-day period after payment
• Reminder notifications before expiration
• Easy resubscription through the same bot interface

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENTIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any trading losses or financial damages
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Errors or inaccuracies in analysis or data
• Third-party actions or blockchain network issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:

• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We may suspend service for security or legal reasons
• Third-party dependencies may affect service availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Service extensions may be provided for significant downtime

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our service or systems
• Any conduct that harms our service or other users

Since subscriptions don't auto-renew, natural expiration occurs after 30 days without manual renewal.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tentia and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our service without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tentia operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
